U -- TRAINING SERVICES SOL 96-0001 POC David Howard (206) 931-7413 The combined region 9 and 10 fleet management services group of the General Services administration is sponsoring its annual interagency motor equipment advisory committee (IMEAC) seminar. The seminar will be Held in coeur D' alenehotel, in coeur D' alene Idaho, on December 3-5, 1996. The purpose of the seminar is to bring together Government fleet managers with members of the automotive industry, to address concerns and updating Government vehiclemanagement. In keeping with this year'S theme, ''enterprising concepts in fleetmanagement.'' (the need for new direction) the IMEAC will address management and operational issues to include management alternatives for a diversified fleet, interagency partnership, fueling infrastructures, clean cities, vehicle acquisition workshop, communications, benchmarking, and vehicle manufacturer'spanel. Though aimed at the Federal fleet managers, the IMEAC will be attended by state, county, and local Governments as well. We invite all fleet managers, Public and Private, to attend.
