This notice constitutes notification of intent to solicit quotes to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide the government with ten (10) each 47-passenger busses with drivers 14 thru 17 Apr 96 in support of the Equal Opportunity Conference to be held in Cocoa Beach, Florida . Busses are needed to provide this requirement. The busses will begin running as early as 6AM and as late as 10pm . Proof of insurance is required in accordance with state and Federal laws. The Government reserves the right to cancel all or some of the busses if notice is provided to the bus company with at lease a 24-hour notice. The proposed contract is subject to the Service Contract Act. This procurement is restricted to small business concerns. SIC CODE 4141, $5M. Specifications and details will be provided in the solicitation package. Issue date of 8 Mar 96 and closing date for receipt of solicitations is 18 Mar.96. Award is tentative for 21 Mar 96..
