The Department of Energy plans to acquire a Telecommunications Integrator Service (TELIS) to perform a variety of functions. TELIS will be a performance based contract available to more than 50 sites nationwide. The estimated contract award value potential is $600M which includes 20% open to other government agencies. Telecommunications support services are required for the Headquarters facilities and will be available to all DOE elements including Management and Operating Contractors (M&O), Laboratories and federal sites. Services will include: Conceptual design/architecture; Procurement; Detailed design; Assembly, Installation and Test; System Engineering; Hardware/and software design/implementation; Logistic Support; Training; On Site Maintenance; Hardware Maintenance; Subcontracting.
