Foster Wheeler Environmental under U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Prime Contract DACW33-94-D-0002 (NE TERC) is seeking to add a small disadvantaged business enterprise to its New England TERC Team. The qualified firm will be capable of providing general support in the area(s) of civil/environmental/hazardous waste engineering and site remediation for various Superfund sites within the New England region. Areas of specialization may include remedial construction; landfill/capping design and construction; operation and maintenance of process equipment, including mobile water treatment systems; demolition of contaminated buildings and structures; asbestos abatement; or mechanical and electrical engineering and construction. It is anticipated that the successful offeror will be awarded a Master Ordering Agreement providing for the placement of individual delivery orders to authorize specific support requirements. The resultant contract shall include a base period of performance through December 1997 with options to extend the contract through December 2003. Interested firms shall be required to complete a Bidder Qualification and Data Questionnaire and submit a Statement of Qualification (SF 254/255). Evaluation criteria will consider a firms specialized experience in hazardous waste remediation; experience on USACE or USEPA projects in the New England region; and past performance of adherence to established quality, schedule and budgetary requirements. Following a review of the Statement of Qualifications, the qualified firm(s) will be requested to submit price proposals for evaluation and negotiation. See Note 6.
