The successful offeror shall furnish all necessary expertise to install the software; develop the associated Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS) Call Tracking System; provide training and training materials; and provide one year of telephone support. The government will provide the successful offeror with a 30-user license for Telemagic software, a 486 PC to develop the Call Tracking System, and a production file server to deploy the resulting application to a Novell LAN environment.
