Willins (816) 426-6823 ext. 230 The Aircraft Operations Center (AOC) has a requirement for the overhaul of a PT6T-3 engine for the Bell 212 Helicopter, FAA Registration No. N60RF due to approaching Time-Between-Overhaul (TBO). The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, special tools and facilities to overhaul the government's engine to a zero time status. The overhaul shall be in accordance with the Pratt Whitney PT6T-3 overhaul manual. The contractor will replace all parts recommended by the manufacturer to be replaced at each overhaul regardless of their apparent condition, this includes but is not limited to gaskets, packing, rubber parts, lockwashers, tablocks, tabwashers, etc. The helicopter is used primarily for laser hydrography, with the helicopter operating at approximately 600 feet above fresh and salt water taking depth measurements used in updating nautical charts.
