J -- REMEDIAL & PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON GOVT-OWNED EQUIPMENT SOL DADA16-96-R-0002 DUE 041896. POC: Jack Fontanilla, Contract Specialist, Tel 808/433-6394 Ext. 225, Fax 808/433-2990. Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, materials, parts, components and equipment necessary to perform on-site remedial and preventive maintenance services on government-owned Fuji Medical Computed Radiography System, Model no. CR-IR317 (2) ea, CR-IR318 (1) ea), FL-IM2636N (2) ea., HI-C654 (2) ea., FP-422 (2) ea., PANACORD (3) ea., and ID-T718 (2) ea., located in the Department of Radiology, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Contractor shall perform (2) scheduled preventive maintenance inspections per year and unlimited, unscheduled maintenance visits as required. Equipment failure resulting from fair wear and tear shall be performed within (24) hours of a telephone notice. Contractor shall have the necessary resources, organization, experience and considered qualified to perform the required services on the brand name equipment. Service technicians shall be factory certified and have competently and independently without supervision, serviced the brand/model equipment within the last (2) years. Government anticipates to award a firm fixed-price contract to include (4) year options as a result of this solicitation. Solicitation DADA16-96-R-0002 will be issued o/a 18 Mar 96 and to close o/a 18 Apr 96. Proposed solicitation contained herein is unrestricted.
