An IDIQ contract with Time & Material provisions is anticipated. Place of Performance: Contractor's facilities, NUWC New London, CT and Newport, RI facilities. Total estimated level of effort is 332,175 manhours of regular time and 80,192 manhours of overtime. Period of performance is 5 years. Award will be to the lowest cost, technically acceptable, responsibel offeror. The following labor categories will be used on the contract: Program Manager, Electrical Engineer II, Mechanical Engineer II, Electronic Engineer II, Mechanical/Electronic Supervisor, Rigger/Laborer/Helper, Shipfitter/Pipesetter, Machinist, Electrician, Painter, Sheetmetal Mechanic, Carpenter, Welder/Burner, Producton Technician (Electronic), Technical Typist, Wordprocessor Operator, Logistics Specialist, Integrated Logistics Manager, Draftsman/Illustrator, Mechanical Technician, Computer Technician, Junior Engineer, Molder/ Fiberglass Specialist, Printed Circuit Board Technician, and Fiber Optic Technician.
