This is a Firm Fixed-Price and Indefinite Quantity contract with the minimum guarantee being the firm fixed-price portion of the contract. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, transportation, and management necessary for inspection, maintenance and repair (including repair by replacement) of industrial-type doors (overhead sectional; overhead curtain; overhead solid or slab; and horizontal rolling) including operating systems, related components and accessories.
