The work includes providing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management necessary to handle, package, manifest, remove, transport, dispose and document the disposal of non-hazardous wastes. The Contractor shall provide all services to provide empty containers, cleaning various sized containers and disposal of cleaning by-products located at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard and its annexes. Work to be provided by means of a requirements type contract. The contract term shall be for a period of one year. The Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months. The total contract term, including exercise of any options, shall not exceed 36 months. Plans and specifications will be made available on or about 19 March 1996.
