SWIZEWSKI, (215)697-9633 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Det Philadelphia intends to procure education services for the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES) located in Pensacola, FL. This proposed action involves test scoring and reporting services for the College Level Examination Program (CLEP), Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT-I), Graduate Record Examinations (GRE), Graduate Management Admission Tests (GMAT), Praxis (National Teacher Examinations (NTE)), and transcript issuance services for the United States Armed Forces Institute (USAFI) and Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DODDS) programs. The Chauncey Group of Princeton, NJ is a subsidiary of Educational Testing Services. ETS holds the trademarks and/or exclusive agreements for these examinations. The Chauncey Group International is the only source authorized by the College Board to administer, score the CLEP, GRE, GMAT, and Praxis tests and to issue reports and transcripts for these programs. All responsible sources may submit concise documentation as to their ability to supply the required educational services necessary at DANTES as well as financial and technical information which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia. If no affirmative written responses advantageous to the Navy are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, a request for quotation will be issued to The Chauncey Group International of Princeton, NJ. Note, no contract award will be made on the basis of information received to this notice. Further, the Navy will not pay for any information provided.
