Existing roof consists of asbestos cement shingles. Remove paint and guano from all metal and stone surfaces of the lighthouse and lantern house. Remove and properly dispose of lead paint. Power wash keeper's quarters to remove all guano. Vacuum clean all horizontal/vertical surfaces of interior of keeper's quarters with hepa-filtered vacuum to remove all loose and flaking lead paint. The estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC code is 1521. Total contract performance time is 120 calendar days.
