(Site Code DAAD07) The U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico has a requirement for a complete Neutron Energy Spectroscopy System to include (1) all hardware and software required to efficiently acquire a graphical representation of the neutron spectra as a function of energy, (2) training on set-up operation and maintenance, and (3) documentation of traceability to the National Institute Standards and Technology's (NIST) benchmark neutron spectra. The system will include an acquisition device and associated hardware, software (and computer if required by the selected system) to acquire, store, edit, and retrieve neutron energy spectroscopy data and then unfold the spectral information.
