The Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) plans to award a sole source contract modification to Pacific Sierra Research Corporation (PSRC), 12340 Santa Monica Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90025, under DNA Contract DNA001-91-C-0038. PSRC is currently under contract with DNA to provide technical assessment of all aspects of the supercomputing industry. PSRC provides expert technical expertise in telecommunications, supercomputing hardware and software, benchmark analysis, training and user support. This modification provides for the work under the current contract, DNA001-91-C-0038, to continue until the follow-on contract, solicitation DNA001-96-R-0020, is awarded. The anticipated award date for the follow-on contract is 1 Jul 96. DNA believes that PSRC is the only source capable of efficiently providing the subject requirement within the time required. Any other firm desiring consideration must fully identify its capability to perform this requirement. See Note 22.
