A -- KA BAND AMPLIFIER SOL DAAL01-96-R-9754 DUE 041596 POC Omar Ali, Contract Specialist, (301) 394-1048, Kathleen M. Tennant, Contracting Officer, (301) 394-3439. The contractor shall design and develop one (1) amplifier which shall support a wide range of RF frequencies. Operating frequency range of the amplifier will be 32-36 Ghz. The amplifier shall be pulsed and operated typically at 1-2Mhz PRF with a 50-100 nSec pulse width. The amplifier shall perform over the temperature range from 0 to 50 degrees C and at relative humidity up to 95%. All components of the amplifier subassembly shall be mounted together and delivered as one unit. The period of performance including options is 16 months.
