Request for Proposal (RFP) number DAEA32-96-R-0004. This solicitation will be for the Switchboard Console Operations of the Administrative Telephone System (ATS) and for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of ATS at Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia, Fort Sam Houston, Texas and Fort Ritchie, Maryland. The period of performance (POP) for Fort A.P. Hill is the base year and one option year, and for Fort Sam Houston and Fort Ritchie one base year and four one year options. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. The SIC code is 7378. The size standard is $18 million. The solicitation/RFP will be issued on/or about 15 March 1996. The RFP will be a PAPERLESS document released via the ISC Contracting Office's Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB), NO HARDCOPY WILL BE MAILED. A computer with a minimum 8 MB RAM and a modem with 28,800 baud is needed to download documents from the EBB. The RFP has been prepared using Microsoft Word Version 6.0 and Microsoft Excel Version 5.0. These programs are recommended for ease of retrieval and reading purposes.
