The U.S. Customs Service intends to award a contract to ViaTech Systems, Inc. McLean, VA on a non-competitive basis for the continued development of the US Customs Service Automated Purchase Card System. These services were provided by ViaTech under Contract Tc-86-101 and are currently being provided by ViaTech under Purchase ORder NO. CS-H-96-00479-1. This sole source vehicle will serve as a bridge contract during the period May 1, 1996 through September 30, 1996 until the followon contract is awarded. No solicitation number has been issued.
