Specialist, (202) 927-0567. The U.S. Customs Service intends to award
a contract to ViaTech Systems, Inc. McLean, VA on a non-competitive
basis for the continued development of the US Customs Service Automated
Purchase Card System. These services were provided by ViaTech under
Contract Tc-86-101 and are currently being provided by ViaTech under
Purchase ORder NO. CS-H-96-00479-1. This sole source vehicle will serve
as a bridge contract during the period May 1, 1996 through September
30, 1996 until the followon contract is awarded. No solicitation number
has been issued. Identification Number is CS-96-101. Interested parties
are invited to identify their interest and capability to respond to
this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which
will be considered by the U.S. Customs Service. Affirmative responses
in response to this synopsis must be submitted to this office NOT LATER
