This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8741, Management Services, with a size standard of $3.5 million in annual receipts. Anticipated services will include, but not be limited to management support, acquisition management support, civil engineering technical support, and training and evaluation support. Requires close coordination with the Civil Engineer, the Principal Assistant Responsible for Contracting, the Air National Guard Base Civil Engineers, and the United States Property and Fiscal Offices Contracting Offices. Extensive background is necessary in the contracting arena in dealing directly with design and construction contracting with a clear understanding of the State/Federal political and financial relationship unique to the National Guard Bureau. This procurement is being competitively solicited under source selection procedures. The evaluation factors in descending order of importance are (1) technical approach and expertise to include demonstrated knowledge and experience, (2) management techniques and controls, and (3) cost.
