The contractor shall perform four basic work classifications: Service orders, individual job orders, preven tive maintenance work and standing operating orders. SIC 7349 - Building Cleaning and Maintenance Services, N.E.C. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $12 million.
