Description of Work: Construct a 3-story permanent Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) facility of approximately 62,000 SF to include an attic and a basement. Construction will consist of concrete footings, load-bearing masonry walls, concrete slab floors and wood truss roof structure. Supporting facilities include water distribution lines, primary electric service, sanitary sewer system, communications, fire protection and detection systems, security lighting, access roads, privately owned vehicle parking, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, landscaping and other site improvements.
