SOLICITATION NOTICE - The project covered by this statement consists of furnishing all plant, labor, supplies, equipment, materials and transportation to install (1) New taxiway lighting, conduit and cable systems on eight existing airfield taxiways, (2) Install new helipad lighting on one existing airfield helipad, (3) Install new airfield guidance signs and associated pavement markings, (4) Make improvements to existing manholes, and (5) Demolish and remove existing systems no longer necessary due to the installation of the above systems. There is also one Additive Bid Item for installation of a new 15KV power feeder to the base TACAN site. All work is at Otis Air National Guard Base, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Performance period is 365 days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed and the estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This solicitation is being issued unrestricted.
