The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to negotiate with Klockner Medipak on a sole source basis for spare parts for the Klockner packaging machine. Klockner Medipak is the only source for the required parts which must meet specifications to allow mounting on BEP's equipment. No request for quotation is available.
