No. 5009-96 (MA) NSN 5840-01-417-2704, Army P/N 4080307G1, This item
has been identified as having a potential for significant quantity
fluctuation due to the Army's changing supply demands. As such, an
Incremental Quantity Program solicitation will be issued utilizing
Incremental Quantity Program provisions to reflect a minimum quantity
of 3, known quantity of 5, and a maximum quantity of 7. Destinations to
be furnished. Delivery schedule 180 days after contract award. Offerors
must be approved and qualified. This proposed contract action is for
supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and
negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that
small business firms or others interested in subcontracting
opportunties in connection with this procurement, make contact with the
firm(s) listed. The Government does not possess sufficient
documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified
source. RFP will be issued to Lockheed Sanders, Inc., 65 Spit Brook
Road, P.O. Box 868, Nashua, NH 03061. All responsible sources may
submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by this
