Portable message sign with programmable LED character capability. Characters should be visible and readable from a distance of 200 feet. The most commonly used message will contain 50 characters; therefore, the sign should be capable of projecting messages of between 50-100 characters. Maximum weight of the sign should be such that two people can easily load the sign on a trailer or the bed of a small vehicle and or capable of being mounted on a small trailer. Total height of sign, not to exceed 10' with bottom of actual message area to be 5' off the ground. The battery should be capable of running the sign for up to 8 hours at a time and should have overnight recharging capability.
