Kits. A solicitation package for the F.A.T. Kits may be obtained by submitting a written or faxed request within 15 days of this CBD announcement. A package will be mailed within 25 days of this announcement only upon receipt of your written request. No telephone requests will be accepted. Each interested vendor is encouraged to view a sample F.A.T. Kit, within 15 days of this announcement. The F.A.T. Kit will be made available by appointment only, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. til 3:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, at 1310 L Street, N.W., Suite 730. Appointments are to be made through Maxine Butler at 202 435- 6940. The resultant contract will be a 60 month contract (1 base plus 4 option years) Firm-Fixed Price Requirements Contract.
