Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS) Point Mugu, CA intends to solicit competitive proposals for one Low Altitude Rocket Dropsonde/Dropwindsonde/Ratiosonde System with Global Positioning System (GPS) Windfinding. Procurement is for one Atmospheric Instrumentation Research (AIR) Inc Model GPS-77E or equal, 200 each AIR Rocket Dropsondes and 100 each AIR Dropwindsonde. Solicitation will contain salient characteristics and minimum requirements. Delivery requirement: Ground station - days after award, Rocket Dropsondes - first 20 each 30 days after award and balance of 30 each month at 90 days after award until complete, and Dropwindsondes - first 10 each 60 days after award then 15 each month starting at 90 days after award until complete.
