Adamson, Contracting Officer (217)373-7297. The U.S. Army Construction Engineering Research Laboratories (USACERL) requires subscription services for the Inside E.P.A. Weekly Report. The information provided shall contain a weekly summary of (1) all Environment Protection Agency (EPA) legislation generated daily, proposed and final, (2) all EPA policies generated daily, proposed and final, between EPA and other Federal agencies, and (3) all EPA policies and strategies generated daily, proposed and final, between the EPA and foreign countries. The information shall be provided in hardcopy format and electronically in ASCII format via network file transfer protocol (ftp) or modem each week, for a period of one (1) year, beginning 01 Jun 96. Rights shall be granted to the customer base of the DoD users from the Defense Environmental Network and Information eXchange (DENIX) bulletin board system for the information to be freely copied, printed, and downloaded to a user's remote workstation or personal computer. USACERL intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Inside Washington Publishers in accordance with IAW FAR 6.302-1. Request for Quotation (RFQ) DACA88-96-Q-0169 will be issued on or about 21 Mar 96 with the closing date on or about 04 Apr 96.
