The US Postal Service has a requirement for 37,500,000 Polycarbonate Sack Label Holders and 4 (four) Label Holder Molds. The Label Holders are to be made in accordance with US Postal Service Drawing E-261310 dated 12/15/86 and the molds are to be made in accordance with the US Postal Service ``Purchase Description for Label Holder Molds''. The molds will be due 90 days after contract award and first article samples due 15 days after molds are approved for production; thereafter a shipment of 500,000 will be required every 30 days. Shipments will be made on FOB Destination basis to approximately 13 warehouses located in CT, NY, PA, OH, MD, IL, MN, IA, WI, CA and UT. The solicitation package should be available in March 1996.
