The U.S. Army Construction Engineering Research Laboratories (USACERL) requires research and development services, involving the performance of engineering, computer programming, and testing necessary to develop a complete and fully functional maintenance management system for coastal navigation and protection structures. The successful contractor shall be responsible for the refinement of condition evaluation procedures, the development of maintenance and repair alternatives and guidelines, the development of computerized maintenance management system, as well as field testing, system implementation, and training. Services to be provided will be accomplished through a fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a maximum ceiling of $250,000 over the life of the contract and a maximum task order limitation of $90,000.
