Additionally, the contractor shall cond (12:00 AM-6:00 AM) of weather observations, seven days a week at one or more of the following locations: Providence, RI and Portland, ME. This procurement is designated for unrestricted competition under the DOT small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
