Pursuant to Pl 98-369 (CICA), this sources sought Market survey is seeking to identify service organizations to supply maintenance and caretaker duties for the Stratford Army engine plant in Stratford, CT. The 1.8 million square foot facility is located on a 77 acre Parcel and is comprised of 58 buildings. Maintenance and caretaker responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) high pressure St EAM boiler operation and maintenance; (2) waste water treatment plant operation and maintenance; (3) security/ fire protection services; and (4) building maintenance and upkeep in compliance with local, state, and Federal building codes. Duration of responsibilities will be up to three (3) years commencing on or about June 1997.
