A-76 Cost Comparison Study. This is the initial synopsis in which sources are sought for the above transportation project. Services are to be provided for a 5 year period (initial year with 4 - 12 month options to renew service). All interested concerns shall provide to the Contracting Office evidence of their capability to perform (including references for similar work with telephone numbers, points of contact and contract numbers) this service. Additionally, firms must identify their size, i.e., small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a), or large business. This proposed acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business concerns; however, if adequate interest is not received from small business concerns then this solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis.
