Squadron Operations/AMU Facility. The scope of the Helicopter hangar consists of an aircraft hangar area, shop/support areas, administrative areas, airfield paving, new AFFF fire sprinkler system which interfaces with an existing AFFF pump system, fire sprinkler in administrative and shop areas, and a 5-ton crane. The Squadron Operations/AMU Facility scope consists of offices, storage areas, conference rooms, and a theater to seat 200 personnel. Special security requirements are included as well as site work, area lighting, utilities and landscaping. Both facilities are split-face/fluted concrete block with standing seam metal roofs. This Solicitation Includes Optional Items for Additional Work. Critical Path Method (Network Analysis System) is required. Costs are as follows: Plans half size $55,00. Specifications $84.00.
