The synopsis dated 26 Feb 96 for the JASSM is modified to delete the following sentences: ''Additionally, there is a significant opportunity for a cooperative development effort with the United Kindgodm's (UK) Conventionally Armed Stand-Off Missile (CASOM) program. In the event the US Governemnt enters into an International Agreement with the UK, certain award restrictions may apply as follows. The Government reserves the right to make an award under this solicitation either on a single sole source basis to the CASOM contractor selected by the UK or to the selected CASOM contractor as a directed source (regardless of the relative ranking) for one of the two PDRR contracts.''...''Additionally, in the event the United States Government enters into an International Agreement with the UK CASOM program, the Government reserves the right to award the EMD option sole source to the UK CASOM selected contractor, regardless of contractor's relative ranking.
