A -- FIXED SHALLOW WATER TRAINING RANGE POC Contact, David Macaluso, Phone (703)604-2119 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure the design, fabrication, testing, and installation of a fixed shallow water training range, approximately 75 to 100 square miles in size, to be installed in the Hawaiian Island area. The range should have the following acoustical characteristics: bi-directional, acoustical telemetry, single phone hearing and multi-path tracking. This requirement is being procured through full and open competition procedures.
