Radiology services to consist of Group A, Group B and all required administrative services at the 325th Medical Group, Tyndall AFB FL. Routine clinic services are to be performed Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, as required, approximately 60 days of the year. On-call emergency support is to be provided after hours, Monday through Thursday (between the hours of 4:40 pm to 7:30 am) and on weekends starting at 4:30 Friday afternoon and ending 7:30 Monday morning, at the request of the Contracting Officer or other authorized representative. Peer review is required once a month or 12 times during the course of the year. Up to 50 procedures may be examined by the contractor's radiologist each month. All responsible may submit a proposal to be considered for award. The proposed solicitation listed herein is open to both large and small business. Performance period 01 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97 (basic year) plus 3 option years. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. (064)
