Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, quality control, supervision, other items and services necessary for complete demolition of various buildings located on Malmstrom AFB, MT. The work to be accomplished includes, but is not limited to, asbestos abatement, removal and proper disposal of asbestos material, common lead based paint removal, disconnection, capping and removal of effected utilities, complete demolition and removal of construction, site restoration and landscaping. Tentative date for issuance of the solicitation is 25 March 1996. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a basic period and one-1 year option period. Solicitation packages must be requested in writing and will be issued on a first come, first served basis.
