VA Medical Center requires the services of 1.0 FTEE licensed and
certified nuclear medicine physician to provide on-site diagnostic
testing and evaluation for treatment of emergent and nonemergent
conditions for a base period from the date of award (approximately
6/1/96) for 12 months, thereafter having one option year for an
additional 12 months. The SIC code for this procurement is 8011. The
following technical evaluation factors, listed in descending relative
order of importance, shall be used to evaluate all offers/proposals: 1)
adherence to service schedule comprised of a) on-site coverage, and b)
on-call coverage; 2) cost; 3) experience in Nuclear Medicine Program
Management; 4) past performance on similar contracts; 5) experience of
proposed physician(s) in an academic setting. Interested parties may
