The contractor shall provide all non-personal services, supplies, and materials, to Market and locate Buyers for hazardous property at locations I: DRMO Warner Robins, DRMO VALDOSTA, drmostewart, DRMO Huntsville, DRMO Gordon, DRMO Forest Park, Ft. Mccellan, DRMO Benning,DRMO Anniston, and DRMO Albany. Locationii: DRMO Hill, DRMO Ogden, DRMO Mountain Home, DRMO Fairchild, DRMO Whidbey Island, Puget Sound, DRMO Lewis, DRMOS Fairbanks andanchorage. A contractor may submit a proposal to perform services at one or both locations. The property to be marketed by the contractor will be located at these DRMOS or other Government facilities serviced by these DRMOS. The contract period is for one year with a one year base period. The Government anticipates paying the contractor a percentage of sales revenue per item or a flat Fee per item where sale would result in a COST avoidance benefit when compared with the COST of disposal.
