AFCEA INTERNATIONAL SPRING `96 INTELLIGENCE SYMPOSIUM On April 3-4, 1996, AFCEA International, an Association dedicated to serving the US Intelligence Community, will host its annual Spring Intelligence Symposium at the Central Intelligence Agency Headquarters in Langley, Virginia. This year's theme is ``Redirection of the Intelligence Community for the 21st Century.'' There are many changes coming to the Intelligence Community; this is the symposium to learn all about them. Confirmed speakers include The Honorable John Deutch, Director of Central Intelligence; Mr. Mark Lowenthal, Staff Director, House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence; Gen Wayne Downing, Commander in Chief, US Special Operations Command; Mr. William P. Crowell, Deputy Director, National Security Agency; Dr. Annette J. Krygiel, Director, Central Imagery Office and Deputy Director, National Imagery and Mapping Agency Implementation Team; Mr. Michael F. Munson, Deputy Director, Defense Intelligence Agency; and many more. In four sessions--two focusing on policy issues, one on technology, and one on resources--the symposium will explore the directions and constraints that will influence the Intelligence Community well into the next century.
