ASSOCIATION OF OLD CROWS ADVANCED PLANNING/FORECAST TO INDUSTRY CONFERENCE AOC POC Convention Department, (703) 549-1600. The Association of Old Crows (AOC) will conduct its first Advance Planning/Forecast to Industry Conference 25 April, 1996, at the Crystal City Marriott, Arlington, Virginia. The purpose of the conference will be to analyze the President's fiscal year 1997 EW budget, as well as the out years. The Honorable John J. Hamre, Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) has been invited as the keynote speaker, Mr. John ``Rusty'' Porter, past president of the AOC, will chair the conference. The program will include briefings by: Major General Kenneth Israel, USAF, Defense Airborne Reconnaissance Officer; Brigadier General David Gust, USA, PEO IEW; Mr. Dan McCoy, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy, RD&A; Colonel Jack Booher, USAF, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force/AQP; and Mr. Gary Smith, Acquisition Executive, SOCOM. In addition, briefings will be given by Frost & Sullivan addressing the international and domestic EW markets and Forecast International focusing on their views regarding the EO/IR market. The conference will be unclassified with copies of briefings provided to all attendees. This conference is designed to provide a collective report and analysis of all program elements within the EW functional area, facilitating strategic planning.
