involves furnishing a pressurized, high wing, multi engine airplane,
fully operated and maintained, on a call-when-needed basis. The
designated base is Jefferson County Airport, 10900 West 120th Avenue,
Broomfield, CO 80020, 5500 MSL, with a mandatory availability period of
June 15, 1996 through September 15, 1996. The airplane must have a
seating capacity for a minimum of 4 passengers, including the pilot.
The airplane must be equipped with UHF 920 and VHF 720 radios. At a
pressure altitude of 10,000 feet, outside air temperature of 25 c, the
airplane must be able to maintain a positive rate of climb of at least
40 feet per minute with the critical engine inoperative, and have a
maneuvering speed (Va) of at least 140 knots CAS both at the maximum
certificate gross weight. Solicitation documents will be available
