The work includes the construction of a three-story dormitory building of approximately 38,340 square feet. The building consists of load-bearing masonry walls with exterior insulation finish system. The roof system consists of light gauge metal framing and structural standing seam metal roof. Other building components consist of hollow metal frames, aluminum windows, wood and metal doors, ceramic tile, carpeted and resilient flooring, fire protection sprinkler system and mechanical and electrical systems. Supporting facilities include all utilities, including water distribution lines, gas distribution lines, sanitary sewer lines, storm drainage lines, sidewalks, parking, landscape and incidental related work to provide a complete and usable facility. THIS SOLICITATION IS ADVERTISED AS UNRESTRICTED. An amended synopsis will be issued indicating Bid Opening Date. Estimated cost is $5,000,000.00 - $10,000,000.00.
