PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. THIS SOLICITATION IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT INVITING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The work includes the demolition inside the airfield lighting vault of all existing 5KV power equipment and replacing with 480V equipment and includes incidental overhead and underground medium voltage (5KV) demolition and new underground power distribution and service laterals to the airfield lighting vault and other structures in the general area. This work includes transformers, constant current regulators, selector switches, cutouts, arresters, and other miscellaneous equipment necessary to effect the airfield lighting vault voltage changeover including incidental related work. There is a $40.00 (Non-refundable) fee per set of plans and specifications. Make your company check or money order payable to the Navy Industrial Fund.
