At West Point, 119 townhouse units (approximately 163,300 GSF) will be demolished and new 3 and 5 bedroom housing units built on that site. Upon completion of construction, 80 Wherry, 2 story apartment units (approximately 129,000 GSF) at Stewart Army Sub-Post will be demolished. The new housing units may be factory built/manufactured homes or conventional ''on-site'' construction. Site improvements included in the project consist of access roads, drainage, underground utilities, street lighting, off street parking, carports, landscaping and tot lots. The project has a mandatory established construction limit of $11,000,000. Duration of the project is approximately 700 calendar days. A preproposal conference is anticipated for this project.
