Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and material to construct 3 wood frame, slab-on-grade residential homes on Shaw AFB, in strict accordance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes. House exterior will be brick and vinyl veneer. In addition to house construction, work shall include, but is not limited to, site work, paving, utility work, and landscaping. Construction will be phased to allow for demolition of existing houses. Demolition is not included in this project. Phase one shall consist of constructing one, 3,980 SF house. Phase two shall consist of constructing two 3,770 SF houses. Contractor shall anticipate a delay of approximately 30 days between phases. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 25 Mar 96. Bid opening date will be on or about 24 Apr 96. Performance period for each phase shall be 180 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Applicable SIC code is 1521.
