X 12 ft. enclosure for radar equipment. The work includes the partial demolition of the existing metal enclosure to allow construction of the new enclosure. The new enclosure shall be cmu wall construction with precast foot planks, EPDM membrane, and rigid roof insulation. The new enclosure shall have two metal doors and frames, and the existing a/c unit and wall louver shall be relocated. A new 40 ft. X 40 ft. perimeter chain link fence shall replace the existing. Estimated cost of the work is between $25,000.00 and $50,000.00. Work shall be completed within 120 calendar days. Plans and specifications available on or about 040496 at a cost of $10.00 per set. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the New England Division. (0065)
