Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to repair an air conditioning system. The work includes, but is not limited to removal, provision and installation of new: air distribution system, air handling units, variable air volume terminal units, return ductwork, duct detectors, terminal boxes, automatic digital controllers and instrumentation, new chilled water secondary hydraulic booster pump, including corresponding valving and manifold piping connections and extensions, electrical supports, new ceiling and all other related items of work. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Performance period will include a 90 calendar day mobilization period and a 200 calendar day construction period. Solicitation will be issued on or about 6 May 96. Bids are solicited on an unrestricted basis. A (nonfundable) solicitation fee in the amount of $67.00 is required.
