The overall renovation will be performed under two separate contracts, one for the structural/general construction elements and one to furnish and install Artificial Exhibitry and Interpretive Exhibits. This notice is for the structural/general construction contract which will include, but is not limited to: lighting systems, interior building finishes, site paving, exhibit glazing systems, plaster wall systems, roofing, electrical and concrete masonry units and carpentry. Project is located near Taylor Creek and the Forest Service Visitor Center on Hwy 89, approx 4 miles north of south Lake Tahoe. There will be a pre-bid tour on April 30, 1996 at 10 AM at the project site (non mandatory). There is a $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE fee for the Specs and Plans. Approximate solicitation issue date 4/11/96.
