These services will be procured on a sole-source basis from Alloy Surfaces Co., Inc., 100 Locke Rd, Wilmington, DE 19809, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, since the units contain proprietary special material developed and patented by Alloy. Material Safety Data Sheets will be applicable. Level of Security is Confidential. FOB Destination--Inspection at Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Station, Pt. Mugu, CA. Note 22 applies.
